U.S. Pavement is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery on construction and sitework projects, including excavators, backhoes, dozers, skid steers, and loaders, to support excavation, grading, paving, and material handling.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with equipment, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to read site plans and grade stakes. CDL is a plus; willingness to travel and occasional weekend/evening hours may be required.
