We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality work, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Accurately document work using Service Titan
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Service Titan experience is a plus
