Install Helper

Renuity is seeking an Install Helper to support bathroom, window, door, and other home renovation projects. In this entry-level role, you'll assist lead installers with site prep, material handling, basic carpentry, and finishing work to deliver high-quality remodels. You'll maintain clean, safe jobsites, follow installation plans, and interact professionally with homeowners. This is a hands-on position with training, growth opportunities, and a chance to build a long-term career in residential construction with a national, customer-focused remodeling leader.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with bathroom, window, door, and other home renovation projects
• Prepare jobsites, including protecting home surfaces and staging tools and materials
• Handle loading, unloading, and organizing materials and products
• Perform basic carpentry, caulking, sealing, and finishing tasks as directed
• Follow installation plans, measurements, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout each project
• Support accurate installation documentation and reporting to supervisors
• Provide professional, respectful customer service in occupied homes
• Inspect materials and work area for quality and report issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
