Experienced Carpenter (Full-Time or 1099 Subcontractor)

We are looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our team. We build custom cabinetry, furniture, millwork, residential/commercial builds and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Whether you're looking for steady full-time work or flexible sub work on an as-needed basis, we'd love to hear from you.

• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists
• Operate a table saw safely and accurately for precision cuts
• Run an edge banding machine for finished panel work
• Understand and assist with CNC machine operations and workflow
• Use hand and power tools for general carpentry, assembly, and finishing work
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials to exact specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
• Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and quality standards

• Proven experience as a carpenter (shop and/or job-site experience)
• Hands-on experience operating a table saw.
• Working knowledge of CNC machines (operating experience a plus, but at minimum able to understand CNC processes and support the workflow)
• Strong command of basic carpentry tools and techniques
• Ability to read measurements, plans, and cut lists accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Own reliable transportation
• Own basic hand tools preferred
