Senior Software Engineer

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in software development, testing, and/or integration using C, C++, or Ada
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as C, Shell, or Perl
• Experience utilizing debugging tools to identify and rectify software issues as well as improve code performance
• Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for eligibility to secure a clearance

• Willingness to travel 15% of the time within the Contiguous United States and internationally
• Provide software support to both domestic and international sites, including updates and investigation of software issues, occasionally during off-hours
• Design, create, and test software based on trouble reports in a collaborative Agile environment, with builds delivered biannually
• Engage in Agile processes and ongoing improvement activities
• Collaborate with systems and SI&T engineers to analyze, implement, and test system modifications to the existing baseline

The salary range for this position is $86,800 to $165,200, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and retirement plans, as well as flexible work arrangements.
