Position:
Radar Software Engineer (Onsite, Woburn, MA). U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance required.
- Apply the latest technologies for designing, implementing, debugging, and fixing radar software applications.
- Implement real‑time software design, addressing performance implications of security implementations.
- Design the program protection solution integrated with the overall tactical radar software, understanding the radar system "big picture" and developing or reviewing detail solutions at the source code level.
- Enable Dev Sec Ops initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of modern computer architectures and hardware technologies.
- Experience with the Linux operating system.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance.
- Knowledge of operating systems for field‑programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) and application‑specific integrated circuits (ASICs).
- Experience extending the Linux kernel via kernel modules.
- Experience with VxWorks or other real‑time operating systems.
- Knowledge of cryptography or experience applying it.
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Perl.
- Experience with Java or other high‑level languages.
- Knowledge of alternative computer architectures such as MIPS, PPC, or ARM.
- Use of development tools/frameworks such as Jenkins, CMake, Google Test, Google Protocol Buffers, and GCC.
- Experience working on embedded and real‑time systems.
- Experience developing multithreaded applications.
USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year (range).
