Mission
The mission of the software team in Tewksbury or Woburn, MA is to provide world‑class software for our customers.
What You Will Do- Participate in collaborative, cross‑discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
- Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language.
- Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools.
- Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test‑Driven Development, Dev Sec Ops .
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with time‑critical requirements.
- Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems.
- Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
- Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline.
- Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems.
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.
Salary range: 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. This range is a good faith estimate and is adjusted based on role, experience, location, and other factors. Eligible applicants may receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays.
Specific benefits are dependent on the business unit and collective‑bargaining agreements. Eligible applicants may also receive incentive compensation programs.
Relocation eligible. The position is on‑site in Woburn, MA. U.S. citizenship is required, and the candidate must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance after day 1.
