- Participate in all phases of systems/digital products design and development; ensure compliance with product/process requirements; review and approve inputs/outputs to Software, Systems, System Integration and Test.
- Perform independent evaluations and risk assessments across the digital product development lifecycle; drive continuous improvements and a data‑driven culture.
- Ensure integrity of digital products and the Technical Data Package; monitor and participate in test and release of work products; measure and analyze key software attributes.
- Provide guidance to project staff and senior staff, leading program quality assessments and functioning in a software quality leadership role.
- Facilitate root‑cause analysis and corrective action planning; improve and deploy Quality Engineering processes.
- Lead projects to improve key processes and partner with stakeholders to enhance product quality.
- Apply knowledge of Agile or Dev Ops software development, testing, continuous integration, continuous monitoring, code analysis, and information assurance.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with software/firmware development processes and quality assessments of software products and artifacts.
- Experience in Agile or Dev Ops environments; software testing, continuous integration, and/or continuous monitoring.
- Ability to obtain interim U.S. government‑issued security clearance prior to start.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Project and workload management skills.
- Technical leadership of small teams.
- Ability to define and review quality requirements for program bids and proposals.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advisor to management, customers, and team members on Software Quality concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of Earned Value, ISO
9000/AS9100, IPDS, CORE/Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies. - Experience with Guidance, Navigation, Signal Processing, Radar and discrimination systems desired.
- Advanced degree (M.S.) preferred.
- Salary: 107,500
USD–204,500
