Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised Export Coordinator with strong knowledge of international logistics, export documentation, and compliance requirements? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are critical?
We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Export Coordinator to join our team in Boston. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of international shipments, ensuring full compliance with export regulations while delivering an exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities Overview- Coordinating international export shipments (air, road, and/or sea)
- Preparing and managing export documentation (invoices, airway bills, customs declarations, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with all export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
- Liaising with freight forwarders, airlines, and internal teams to execute shipments efficiently
- Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Maintaining accurate shipment records and updating internal systems
- Providing timely communication and pre-alerts to customers and stakeholders
- Supporting cost tracking and contribute to efficient, compliant logistics operations
- Competitive salary: Between $24.89 - $30.81 per hour

What You’ll Bring- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Outlook and Excel)
- Experience in Export Coordination within Logistics or Freight Forwarding (desirable but no essential)
- Experience with Temperature-Controlled or Time-Critical Shipments (highly desirable)
