CDL A Dedicated Local Flatbed Drivers

Cheeseman Transport is hiring CDL A Dedicated Local Flatbed Drivers in Woburn, MA.

Drivers will be locally delivering forklifts, tow motors and their parts on flatbed trailers. Compensation and benefits are outlined below.

• Hourly pay rate: $32 - $35
• Average hours weekly: 40
• Potential for overtime hours

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday
• Shift: starting around 7 – 7:30 am
• Route: dedicated routes delivering within a 250‑mile radius of Woburn, MA
• Level of touch: loading & unloading freight, must secure freight (strapping, chaining, and possibly tarping)

• Newer model Kenworth, Peterbilt, or Freightliner truck
• Automatic transmission
• No‑turbo speed limit: 68 mph
• ELD equipped using Samsara
• Outward‑facing camera

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have 1 year of flatbed driving experience
• Must have hazmat and tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
• No felony in the past 7 years
• No alcohol‑related offense in the past 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre‑employment drug screen
