The warehouse coordinator's role is to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share.

- Own warehouse administrative functions
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Accurately document all receivables from their multiple sources (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, Pine Drivers, Customer Drop Off, Purchase order validation and other sources)
- Promptly communicate with customers and supervisor for all discrepancies (i.e. Missing items, damages, unexpected returns, etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Attention to detail is critical
- A flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Hands‑on commitment to getting the job done
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Written, Verbal, Interpersonal, and Phone - Ability to think analytically, with focus on problem troubleshooting
- High School Diploma/GED or Higher
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management is a plus
- Warehouse experience, a flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
