Warehouse & Shipping Associate

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Shipping & Warehouse Worker in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate has experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, order picking and packing, and operating warehouse equipment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Forklift experience is a plus.

1st shift-MON-FRI: 8am-4:30pm. $20.00

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and shipping guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Previous warehouse and shipping experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory systems.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
