Actief Werkt! Woerden zoekt een enthousiaste intercedent die als matchmaker kandidaten en bedrijven bij elkaar brengt. Je pakt het hele proces op: van zoeken en selecteren tot relatiebeheer en advies aan klanten.
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met collega’s en ben je verantwoordelijk voor administratie, contractbeheer en het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers. Je bezoekt klanten op locatie en draagt bij aan arbeidsmarkttrends en regelgeving.
