InControl Enterprise Dynamics zoekt een HR-manager die ook kwaliteitsbewaking op zich neemt voor circa 24 uur per week. Je rapporteert aan de CEO en bent aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.
Je coördineert interne/externe audits, werkt aan ISO 9001 en 27001 en vertaalt HR-beleid naar praktische implementatie op de werkvloer. Je hebt HBO+ HRM-niveau, weet van arbeidsrecht en veiligheidswetgeving, en bent een sparringpartner voor leiders.
