Early Years Assistant; Temporary

Position: Early Years Assistant (Temporary)
Our client based in Woking is seeking a Early Years Assistant to join for adhoc days through April, with a view that further dates could be required later in the year. This role requires someone who has experience working with children aged 4-6 and a clear understanding of child development particularly in the Early Years. You must be available immedately and be happy to have a DBS check processed.

Duties:

Planning and delivery of age-appropriate Early Years activities
Ensuring safeguarding, welfare, and safety standards
Establishing a calm, secure environment for young children
Supporting children's emotional, social, and physical development
Acting as the main point of contact for Early Years-related matters on site Essential Requirements

Experience working with children aged 4-6
A calm, patient, and highly professional manner
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
