We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional hospitality and make Hoebridge the go-to family-centric golf and leisure destination in the area.

• Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager to drive all aspects of our restaurant, bar, events and functions.
• Inspiring and developing a team of hospitality assistants.
• Creating a culture where people feel motivated, challenged and proud to deliver brilliant service.

• Overseeing the daily clubhouse operation - from casual dining to weddings and golf society events.
• Making sure every member and guest receives a warm welcome and consistently high standards.
• Reviewing event bookings and ensuring everything is perfectly prepped.
• Keeping operations spotless, safe and audit-ready.
• Managing opening/closing procedures (yes, including cashing up and locking up like a pro).
• Staying visible on the floor - building relationships with members and guests.
• Ensuring every plate, drink and interaction meets our high standards.

• Maximising revenue through smart upselling and promotions
• Passing audits with confidence.
