What will you be doing as Operations Manager?

Lead the day-to-day running of the property
Provide senior management cover in the General Manager's absence
Maintain consistent standards across all departments
Work closely with department heads to develop their teams and improve performance
Support the successful delivery of weddings, events and other special occasions
Analyse guest feedback and introduce practical action plans
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability
Contribute to the strategic business plan
Support recruitment, coaching and colleague development
Create a culture focused on excellent hospitality and memorable guest experiences

What we're looking for:

A successful track record at Head of Department or senior management level within a luxury hotel

Experience with in a busy country house hotel, including weddings and events, would be highly advantageous
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Previous experience with a major global hotel brand would be advantageous
A commercially driven approach with the ability to think like a guest and act like an owner
Confident communication and influencing skills
A genuine passion for outstanding hospitality and maintaining high standards

Due to the countryside location near Woking and the possibility of occasional late finishes, applicants must have their own reliable transport.
