As the Plasterer, you will be responsible for:
All aspects of internal plastering in tenanted & void properties Plaster boarding of stud walls, Over boarding ceilings, coving and cornice Fixing and coating thermoboard Applying render and cement repairs Artexing Patch plastering and making good The successful Plasterer will:
Have their own tools Hold a full UK driving licence Hold an NVQ or equivalent in Plastering Have relevant industry experience in social housing or a domestic setting In return, the Plasterer will receive: £35,000 per annum Company van and fuel card provided from day one 40 hour working week with overtime and call out options!
