We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to join our maintenance team in Woking. You will carry out repairs, maintenance and bathroom installations in residential properties, including some out-of-hours work as part of a call-out rota.

What You’ll Do

* Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

* Complete bathroom installs, including tiling

* Support other trades when needed

* Respond to emergency repairs

* Communicate clearly with tenants and keep them updated

* Follow Health & Safety procedures

* Keep tools, equipment and work vehicle clean and maintained

* Record work accurately, including photos when required

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level 2–3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Skilled in at least 2 additional trades

* 3+ years experience (ideally residential repairs)

* Good knowledge of bathroom installation and building regulations

* Full UK driving licence

* Comfortable using phone/PDA

* Professional and reliable with good problem-solving skills

* DBS check required

Desirable

* Laminate flooring fitting experience
