Commercial Maintenance Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on splits and multi-splits, AHU's, changing filters and adjusting belts, VRV's ARF's, ppm checks on chillers and general ppm's on site. You will also be escorting sub- contractors, working with other mobile engineers, general paperwork. Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday Salary is 48K basic with overtime and 1 in 4 call out This is a great opportunity to work for a large maintenance provider, who can offer great benefits and ongoing training as well as working outside of London.
