We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services across residential properties. No two days are the same. You'll be carrying out a variety of electrical works across occupied and void properties, helping to keep homes safe, compliant and well maintained.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Electrical testing, inspection and certification
Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs
Full and partial domestic rewires
Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms
Installing and upgrading domestic heating systems
Completing work to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service
Using a PDA/mobile device to manage jobs and update records What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from qualified electricians who have experience working within domestic properties, housing maintenance or a similar environment.
You'll ideally have:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
City & Guilds 2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (or strong working knowledge)
Experience carrying out testing, fault finding and installation work
A full UK driving license
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Experience with in social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs would be advantageous but isn't essential.
