Diagnostic / Auto Electrician Vehicle Technician – Woking, Surrey

Are you an experienced Diagnostic / Auto Electrician Vehicle Technician seeking a new challenge in Woking, Surrey? Our client is currently looking to recruit a skilled and motivated individual to join their busy team as a Diagnostic / Auto Electrician Vehicle Technician. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience, along with excellent prospects for career development.

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5:30 pm

Duties
  • Conduct high-level diagnostics and electrical fault analysis
  • Utilise signal analysis, cam analysis, and oscilloscope testing techniques
  • Perform non-mechanical repairs focusing on electrical and electronic systems
  • Identify and resolve complex vehicle faults efficiently
  • Work within a dedicated team to maintain high standards of repair quality
  • Ensure diagnostics are completed accurately and within allocated time frames
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Motor Engineer, Master Technician, or Technician with a focus on diagnostics
  • Strong electrical fault‑finding skills, experienced in complex diagnostics
  • Familiarity with signal analysis, oscilloscope testing, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
  • Committed to continuous professional development and training
  • Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or electrics
