Roofer Mate - Repairs & Maintenance Pro; Company Van

Join a large contractor based in Woking and receive a company van, fuel card, and all essential tools from day one. As a Roofer Mate, you will be responsible for carrying out responsive maintenance and repair work within domestic properties.

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled, and slated roofs
• Inspecting roof defects to determine the most appropriate repair solutions and methods
• Undertaking minor carpentry work as required in association with roofing tasks
• Carrying out minor lead or metal flashing works

• Over 2 years’ trade experience, ideally within a repairs or maintenance environment
• Ability to work on both pitched and flat roofs
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to commencement of role

• Company and van fuel card provided
• 34 days annual leave rising to 36 days (including bank holiday)

£26,700 per year.

Based in Woking, this role includes a company vehicle, making travel between sites straightforward. Woking benefits from excellent road links, including the A3, M4, and M25, providing quick access across the South East of England.
