Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation looking to appoint a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join its Facilities Management team. This is a varied role involving the delivery of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical repairs across a portfolio of commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safe and efficient electrical systems while providing a high standard of customer service.

• Attend reactive maintenance callouts and complete first-fix repairs where possible.
• Identify faults and assess repair requirements.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
• Complete repairs arising from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Produce minor works certification where required.
• Maintain accurate and auditable maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Support wider operational and maintenance activities as needed.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Experience undertaking planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience carrying out repairs and minor electrical works within commercial environments.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification.
