• Attending residential properties to fit trickle vents
• Removing internal and resizing internal doors
• Preparing walls for installation of extraction units
• Manage any other additional prep work

• Demonstrable success in a similar role
• First class focus on customer service
• Familiarity with Building Regulations (Part
  
  F) regarding domestic ventilation
• Strong commitment to onsite safety protocols and risk assessment
• Clear verbal and written skills for resident liaison and digital job reporting
