Are you a Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioner with a genuine passion for supporting young children in their early development? As a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, you will be an integral part of a caring and committed early years team. Working with children aged 4 months to 5 years, particularly those aged 2–5 years, you will help plan and deliver exciting learning experiences that nurture development and spark curiosity.

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging activities following the EYFS framework
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for every child
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
• Encourage outdoor learning and exploration in the school’s woodland and nature-rich setting

• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Have at least 3 years of experience working with young children, especially aged 2–5 years
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Be enthusiastic, reliable, and a positive team player
• Have a warm, caring nature and a passion for early childhood development
• Be excited to support outdoor learning in a beautiful natural environment
