Kiddy Kare is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join a welcoming and supportive early years team in Wokingham. If you're passionate about providing exceptional childcare and inspiring young minds, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
- Mentor and support staff within your team, promoting high standards of practice in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities tailored to individual children's needs.
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
- Proven experience in a childcare or nursery setting, ideally in a Room Leader or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and learning.
