Nursery Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-led learning experiences
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all
• Observe, assess, and reflect on children's learning and development
• Work collaboratively with your room team and wider nursery staff
• Uphold the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and professionalism

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting

• A warm, caring, and inclusive approach with great communication skills
• Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based play
