Term Time Only - with the option to work during the holidays if desired
Hours:
22.5 hrs per week
Pay: £13.50 an hour
Working hours:
7.30 am – 9.00 am in the Breakfast Club & 15.00 – 18.00 in the After school club – Monday to Friday
NB: you can also work up to 40 hrs per week during school holidays if desired – our holiday clubs run from 8.30 – 17.30 during those times
Note:
Please only apply if you have a level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification – this is needed due to having Nursery and Reception Children.

Responsibilities- Manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
- Ensure effective communication between the venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, covering multi-sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime, and structured play.
- Be proactive, responsible and follow procedures; implement protocols and policies with team members.
- Be people‑focused, warm, honest and genuine, delivering unexpected experiences that make people go ’WOW!'.
- Provide a flexible role that allows you to be your special self; celebrate your unique talents and skills.
• Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification (minimum)
• EYFS Early Years Qualification with Management & Team leading experience (ideal)
• Compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and exemption from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974
• Provide two references: one from your most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable)
• DBS check will be conducted; prepare correct documentation

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation.
