Salary: starting from £25 gross per hour

Perfect Household Staff presents an opportunity for a reliable and experienced Housekeeper Cook to join a welcoming family based in Hurst. The family consists of two busy adults who travel frequently and two girls aged 11 and 14. They are looking for a professional who is friendly with children, confident in managing a household independently, and capable of preparing healthy meals to a high standard.

Type: Permanent, Part-Time, Live-Out

Working Days: Five days per week, 20 hours may be spread in less than five days for the right professional

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, four hours per day (with possible flexibility regarding time of day)

Starting Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Managing the household independently during the principals’ frequent travel.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the property to a high standard.
• Providing full laundry care, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe organisation.
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals for the family and catering for up to six guests every fortnight.
• Planning menus and ensuring fresh, nutritious ingredients are used.
• Managing household bills and overseeing general administrative aspects of the home.
• Driving the two children to and from school safely and punctually.
• Walking a small, well-behaved dog.
• Demonstrating reliability, discretion, and a friendly approach towards the children.

Requirements:

• Three or more years of private housekeeper cook experience.
• Two excellent checkable references.
• Conversational English.
• UK working permit.
• Driving licence.
