Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a well-established residential home for children and young people in Wokingham.
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide consistent support, guidance, and encouragement, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals.
What the role requires:
A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children and young people in Residential Childcare or a child-focused setting
At least 1 year's experience within a care environment
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce / Residential Childcare (Not essential but preferred)
Experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviours
A passion for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
