The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across the site. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard.

Typical duties include:

General building fabric repairs
Carpentry and joinery
Basic plumbing repairs
Painting and decorating
Patch plastering and making good
Door, lock and ironmongery repairs
Ceiling and flooring repairs
Supporting small refurbishment and project works

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Fabric Technician, Maintenance Operative, Building Maintenance Technician or similar
A strong all-round building maintenance background
Experience working within commercial buildings or Facilities Management
Good knowledge of carpentry, basic plumbing and general fabric maintenance
A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
