Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide an exceptional client experience while handling front desk duties, records, scheduling, and basic admin tasks in a busy veterinary clinic.
You will manage reception, process payments, update client/patient files, send reminders, and support doctors with efficient workflow. Weekend availability and OSHA PPE practices are required; prior veterinary experience preferred.
