We’re looking for a Director of Education to lead the academic programs at our Waterbury campus.
Schedule:
M-F, 40-hours per week
Qualification:
You’ll will work two evenings a week
Salary Range: $75,000 To $83,000 Per Year + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Do:
- You hire, onboard, observe, and coach every instructor on campus.
- You run the retention meetings, build the at-risk intervention plans, and are the one held accountable when a student who should have finished doesn’t.
- SAP monitoring, accreditation documentation, and audit readiness sit on your desk year-round.
- You keep Program Management Plans and courseware current against what employers actually need.
- You use SIS and LMS data to make staffing and scheduling calls you can defend with numbers.
- Associate degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- 3+ years of teaching experience
- Working knowledge of SAP, academic policy, and accreditation or regulatory compliance
- Comfort with LMS and SIS platforms
