We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading crews and guiding others in the field. Field supervision, mentoring junior techs/apprentices, assigning or coordinating work, reviewing quality, assisting with difficult diagnostics, assisting with dispatch priorities, quality control, and training, and often supporting sales opportunities and customer escalations. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.

• -Lead crews and guide others in the field.
• - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
• - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• - Replace or repair defective parts and components to restore system functionality.
• - Test electrical circuits and components for continuity and proper function.
• - Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• - Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
• - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• - High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC is preferred.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• -Must hold CT License
• - Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
• - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial systems.
• - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
