The Solo Company Driver Refer position offers a competitive compensation structure, with a pay rate of $0.62 per mile. Drivers can expect to cover an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week for over-the-road (OTR) routes, while those opting for week home time typically drive between 2,200 and 2,800 miles weekly. Gross pay averages between $1,350 and $1,500 per week based on a mileage range of 2,300 to 2,500 miles, with potential earnings reaching $1,800 at 3,000 miles and $2,100 at 3,500 miles.
Each load generally spans 800 to 1,000 miles, and additional compensation is available for breakdowns, detention, and layovers.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have at least one year of OTR experience and meet specific driving record criteria, including no at-fault accidents in the past three years and a maximum of one major moving violation. Additional requirements include a clean felony record for seven years, no misdemeanors for two years, and a valid DOT physical and CDL A that do not expire within three months.
Candidates must also be willing to drive at night, as 80% of freight operations occur during these hours, and be open to driving across all 48 states. Bonus opportunities are available for clean DOT inspections and performance metrics.

Gross Pay
$1,350 - $1,500 average Gross Pay per week per driver (based on 2,300-2,500 miles per
week)
Each load averages 800- 1,000 miles
Break Down Pay $100/day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours)
Detention Pay $15/hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come
first serve)
Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8+ hours).
Qualify after 90 days of employment
50% of premiums paid by the employer initially
Up to 80% of premiums paid by the employer at the 1-year mark
Optional:
Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recomended).

Operational Escrow (Highly Recomended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with
consist ant paycheck during vacations or other situtations. Weekly contribution amount is up
Health benefits become available after 90 days of employment, with the employer covering 50% of premiums initially and up to 80% after one year. Optional benefits include a Driver Legal Plan for $2.98 per week and an Operational Escrow, which serves as a savings account to ensure consistent pay during vacations or other circumstances, with contributions determined by the driver.
