Mid-Level New Home Sales Representative

Step into a pivotal role with Timberstone Realty as a mid-level New Home Sales Representative in Ontario. You'll engage clients, manage sales processes, and represent top builders in the GTA.

This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service. As an essential part of the sales team, you will assist clients throughout the home buying process, prepare essential documents, and actively contribute to sales strategies that enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and follow up with potential sales leads

• Prepare Agreements for Purchase and necessary documents

• Greet customers at the Builder’s Sales Office

• Manage the Sales Office to maintain high standards

• Conduct research on market trends and competitors

Requirements:

• Licensed Realtor in good standing with RECO

• Experience in a New Home Sales Office preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

• Familiarity with Pre-Construction Sales Technology

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
