Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner – £500 Welcome Perk

Pay

Up to £25,896 per annum based on experience (40 hours per week).

Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday, full-time 40 hours per week.

About the Nursery

The Old Station Nursery (Wolverhampton) boasts an outstanding Ofsted rating. Our purpose‑built facility, opened in 2019, offers spacious, bright areas where children can play and learn freely. The nursery also shares its space with two beloved pet rabbits, Hop‑Hop and Ringo, and features a private driveway with a large car park.

What Your Role Involves
  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
Qualifications & Requirements

You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
