Early Years Educator

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our welcoming nursery clients in. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality learning experiences in a safe, nurturing environment.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

* Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

* Plan and deliver stimulating, play-based activities tailored to individual needs

* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using appropriate methods

* Create a warm, inclusive, and enabling environment for all children

* Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues

* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are consistently followed

The successful candidate will:

* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (or equivalent)

* Have a good understanding of the EYFS and child development

* Be caring, enthusiastic, and motivated

* Have strong communication and teamwork skills

* Demonstrate a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
