Smile Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly EYFS team in a Wolverhampton school. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development.

Early Years Practitioner Role:

Support teaching staff in EYFS classrooms
Assist with planning and delivering engaging early years activities

Early Years Practitioner Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience in an EYFS setting (preferred)
Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive
Full-time availability
