Salary: £32,032 per annum + benefits
Contract: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Acting as Designated Officer in Charge when the Manager is absent
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring staff across all base rooms
- Promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS standards are consistently upheld
- Building strong, positive partnerships with families and external agencies
- Assisting with recruitment, inductions, and ongoing staff development
We’d love to hear from confident, caring, and proactive early years professionals who are excited to take on a leadership role. You’ll bring:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher)
- At least 2 years’ post-qualifying experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience within early years
- Strong organisational, communication, and safeguarding skills
- A positive, flexible, and professional approach
