Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Early Years

Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Wolverhampton, WV3 9DU

Salary: £13.40 per hour
Contract: Full‑time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday (Part‑time hours considered)
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays

We’re seeking an experienced early years professional who is:

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
  • Experienced working within a children’s day nursery
  • Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Passionate about building positive, trusting relationships with families
  • Committed to delivering high‑quality, child‑led learning and care
Your Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Act as a Key Person, supporting each child’s learning and development
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
  • Work closely with parents and carers to support children holistically
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and uphold Ofsted standards
