We’re working with a welcoming, well-established nursery setting in Wolverhampton that’s looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This is a Monday to Friday role with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The setting is bright, nurturing, and full of energy. The team genuinely care about giving children the very best start, creating a safe, playful environment where curiosity is encouraged and every milestone is celebrated. You’ll be joining a supportive staff group who work closely together and value each other’s ideas.

• Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Building warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Observing, tracking and contributing to children’s development
  
  Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating environment

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has recent nursery or early years experience
• Brings energy, patience, and a calm presence
• Understands safeguarding and child development
• Loves getting stuck in, from messy play to story time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
