Aventus Care Solutions in Wolverhampton is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide day-to-day care and emotional support for children and young people in our homes. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can grow and thrive.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding care, supervise staff, oversee care plans, and ensure safeguarding standards are met. Provide overnight support and collaborate with the Home Manager to maintain excellent standards of care.
