First Blue is seeking an experienced candidate to join our children's residential home in Wolverhampton. You will lead the team to deliver high quality care, manage risks, and review care plans while supporting staff in a calm, professional manner.
The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and Diploma Level 5 in Residential Care, plus a full driving licence. You will participate in ongoing professional development and may progress toward Registered Home Manager.
