NSPCC is seeking a part-time Childline Twilight Practitioner to support our 24/7 safeguarding services for children and young people. The role includes supervising volunteers, making on-shift safeguarding decisions, and delivering a high-quality, empathetic service across day, twilight and night hours.
You will balance shifts across a 6-week pattern, with some home-working days, and engage in coaching and supervision to maintain service quality.
