Shropshire Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner to join the Looked After Children team. You will be responsible for assessments, care planning, statutory visits, and court work as required, within CLA guidelines.
As part of the Children Looked After Service, you will coordinate meetings, maintain records, and work collaboratively with families and professionals, with support from the Team Manager. DBS Enhanced disclosure will be required.
