We are looking to recruit a kind and nurturing person with some experience of working with children with SEND to join our fabulous team.
We are looking for someone who;
- * Has some experience of working with children with special educational needs.
- * Has excellent communication skills
- * Is kind and nurturing and understanding of the needs of children with additional needs
- * Has a sense of humour, is approachable and sensitive tothe needs of others
- * Committed to the needs of the child, parents and other stakeholders
- * Is flexible and adaptable to change
- * Acts with pace and urgency by being energetic, enthusiastic and decisive
- * Is resilient and understanding of children with special educational needs
