Job Overview

Delivering high‑quality table service across hospitality suites and lounges. Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally. Working as a runner to support smooth and efficient service flow. Providing wine service in line with premium hospitality standards. Ensuring guests receive a first‑class, polished matchday experience. Supporting colleagues across front of house to maintain seamless service.

Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and service readiness throughout service. Following all company policies relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and licensing regulations.

This is a flexible, casual role offering work throughout the football season at Molineux Stadium and other premium events where available. Availability for the following fixtures is essential:

• Friday 14th August – 8:00pm Kick‑Off
• Saturday 29th August – 3:00pm Kick‑Off
• Tuesday 8th September – 7:45pm Kick‑Off
• Saturday 19th September – 3:00pm Kick‑Off
• …and all remaining Wolverhampton Wanderers home fixtures throughout the season.

We are looking for experienced and confident Front of House Hospitality Team Members to work across premium matchday environments. This is a multi‑skilled role, covering waiters, runners and wine waiters, and you must be flexible and confident working across all three.

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a premium hospitality environment.
• Must be confident taking orders from guests in a table service setting.
• Comfortable working across waiter, runner and wine waiter duties.
• Strong understanding of premium service standards and styles.
• You must be aged 18 or over.
• You must be comfortable working in an environment where alcohol is served and handled.
• Professional, well‑presented, and confident in guest‑facing roles.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and attention to detail.
