Maintenance Manager; Hotel

The Novotel Wolverhampton is a modern 132 room hotel in the city centre, just a short walk from Wolverhampton train centre and excellent road links via the M6 and M54. With 8 meeting and function rooms catering for 150.

• Ensure full health and safety compliance, including daily, weekly, monthly testing for fire, water safety.
• Daily bedroom maintenance, as well as reported maintenance in public areas, kitchen and the hotel exterior.
• Preventive maintenance programme to ensure products are maintained to high standard.
• Dealing with contractors and ensuring all servicing as per schedules.
• Strong working relationship with HODs, mainly Head Housekeeper.
• Able to produce reports, strong IT and communication skills.

You must be eligible and be able to prove your eligibility to work within the UK.

• Ideally Level 3 Health and Safety and/or IOSH qualifications.
• Ideally a tradesperson with electrics, plumbing, woodwork etc.
• Excellent DIY skills.
